parker's big night out

when you don't have your own kids, you take a lot of pictures of your cute nephews. as you have seen. and there are more.

i think the family reunion may have been the best time of parker's little life. everything was so exciting to him. so when we went to the local fun center for mini golf and go karts, the kid was psyched.

he quickly figured out that putting is a lot easier when the ball is really close to the hole. so he'd take the first shot, then just pick up the ball and move it a few inches from the hole.

he always went first, and dutifully held the flag until the rest of us were done. he told jana it was his job.

p.s. i spanked everybody at mini golf. just saying.

after mini golf came a few laps on the go kart track. todd was thrilled to get the fast car and kept lapping everyone. parker was just thrilled to be in the go kart, and waved wildly every time he and jana drove past the the fence where the family stood watching. so cute.
