Some excuses.

I feel bad for this severely neglected little blog of ours. I update my design blog like 5x per week, and this one only gets updated semi-weekly at best. I have some really good excuses. Want to see them? Here is my day today:

5:30
Rise and shine!

5:30-6:30
Work on a client design project.
(Yes, that’s right. I have clients. Thanks, Kirsten!!)

6:30-8:00
Eat breakfast, read scriptures, get dressed, make lunches, start dinner, go to work.

8-12:30
Work the day job.

12:30-1:30
Get passport photos taken, drop off mail, eat.

1:30-5:00
Work some more.

5-5:30
Continue prepping dinner.

5:30-7:00
Gym

7:00-7:30
Eat dinner

7:30-9:30
Work on another client design project.

9:30-10:30
Write tomorrow’s post for Roost and respond to emails.
(I’m hosting a giveaway that you really should enter. I would, if I weren’t hosting it! Starts tomorrow.)

10:30-11:00
Read scriptures

11:00
SLEEP!

That’s a pretty typical day, though I usually sleep in an hour later and have more house chores to do. Todd witnessed one of my marathon evenings last week for the first time (since he was on Spring Break and wasn’t busy working himself). Not to brag or anything, but he was amazed. Next week, I’m also starting golf lessons. Am I crazy? Maybe.

Passport for France? I'm working on Dustin and trying to convince him we have to go to Australia for graduation. We have members from his mission we could stay with so it can't be that expensive, right?
Don't forget 8-10 Tuesday nights, BL.

Oh don't tell josh about the golf lessons. He will start pressuring me to do the same. I am SO excited about your clients. And I can't wait for your giveaway :)

I love how simple yet fun your blog is. I'm trying to find a style like this but I can't seem to master it. Thanks for posting!! It's fun to catch up with you guys!!
