You are looking at our Saturday lunches. We had the best BBQ of all time (really) at BBQ Exchange in Gordonsville. I had the pulled pork, Todd had the ribs--both were perfectly smoked and seasoned, no need for sauces though they also had a great range of those. Delicious! Come visit us and we will take you there.
After devouring our lunches, we drove an hour over the mountains to Costco and bought the whole store. We looove Costco. We looked forward to that trip all week.
Then maybe we stayed up until 2 a.m. watching Band of Brothers and The Kennedys and slept in past 9 this morning. Who are we? We never stay up/sleep that late!
And we're looking forward to more food and fun tomorrow. Long weekends are so great!
