Christmas Vacation

we are so glad we got to spend nearly two weeks with my family in utah. we got mom & dad hooked on "arrested development." best show ever. we hung out with cait, played card games, ate cafe rio 3x, and got snowed in multiple times. we got lots of good stuff for christmas--todd looks sharp in his new dress clothes, and i'm very excited for my new riding boots and my photography class next month.

we both got to see a bunch of our old friends. we stayed out waaaay too late laughing and talking and having a great time with my friends from high school and their husbands. i don't remember the last time i stayed out until 3 a.m.!

we had such a good time in utah, and now we've moved on to more fun in washington! we're staying with todd's family for a week. we took advantage of a rare sunny seattle day and went walking along alki beach yesterday. it was pretty cold, but the water was beautiful and the sky was SO clear. 

tomorrow we are going to bellingham to see my dad's office and his house-away-from-home. we won't be at our home for another week. longest vacation ever!
