"boomerangs are making a comeback"

i’ve never seen this anywhere else, but literally every taxi in charlottesville has a catchy saying on the back of their cab. i always like looking at them and wondering exactly why the cabby chose that particular phrase to mark his vehicle. and i think it's best we not discuss how i got this photo.
