Everything is going to be amazing.

The likelihood that we will stay in Charlottesville after graduation is now about 0%.

If you had asked me about that a few months back, I probably would have been sad. Remember that I started being sad about eventually having to move away since the day we arrived? I have said a thousand times how much I adore this place, but lately it's been feeling weird. Charlottesville is still dreamy, but I feel like it's a pitstop for us. I have told Todd several times over the past few months that I would feel so weird about staying here after he graduates.

I didn't see that coming!

Todd has been waiting to hear back from the company he interned for this summer, to find out if they have a full-time position for him. It was a great learning experience for him, but the position would be in finance and he doesn't think he wants to do finance long-term. So chances are he wouldn't accept the offer, but he was definitely willing to entertain the idea.

But we found out today that he won't be getting an offer.

Is it weird that I feel really good about this?

So it looks like we're officially peacing out of CVille in May. Current interests include other places in Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, California, Washington state, DC, Minnesota, a bunch of other places I can't remember, and South Korea.

Todd is right in the thick of recruiting season, and the options are plentiful and very cool. We won't know for sure where we are going until Christmas, probably. Aside from homework, he has been networking, submitting resumes, interviewing, playing FIFA on the Wii and practicing his curveball for bowling league. I have been busy working, keeping house, and pouring my little heart into my new business/blog. I used to wonder how people could possibly love their work so much that they could do it all day and night and it wouldn't seem like work. Now I totally get it!

We have many exciting months ahead of us-- interviews, hopefully some job offers, deciding where we'll be after graduation (and all that entails), having family pictures taken, and trips to Utah, Seattle, and Paris.

Did you see that? PARIS. Thanksgiving in PARIS.

First of all, are you going to see your sister in Paris? I'm trying to work out a trip in October, but it's looking less and less likely.

Second of all, you should know that I always enjoy your MBA posts. It's nice to see that the sacrifice is worth it in the end, and that the best attitude to have is the one that is most go with the flow...

I'm sure you guys will have an equally, if not more exciting adventure awaiting you come graduation, and of course, I can't wait to read all about it :)

Good luck with everything! And your design blog? A-maz-ing. Can I please have some of your style? Thanks.

Well, welcome to the club. I'm sorry about Todd not getting the offer. What's with these companies?! I just want to know where we will be. And you guys. And the Teuschers! Soon. right?

PARIS?! SO jealous right now. Life sounds amazing for you- probably because you have such a good attitude about it. Plus, who wants to live in one place their whole life? I think it's much better to have lots of "pit stops" here and there!! :)

Please tell me your husband is in a bowling league. PLEASE. Almost as cool as comic book geek spouse, haha. Wherever you guys go, things will be amazing! However, if you could please try NOT to go to South Korea, I (and your palate) would really, REALLY appreciate that. :) To serve my own interests I should really try to talk you into California; however, I myself am NOT a fan so I will not subject you. :)

And I kinda hate you about Paris.

Love you!!!!
